We have decided to change the way that RP is used with trainees. From now on, instead of them spawning in the NATO base, being trained as a US Army PVT then taking a weird and unrealistic switch to Taliban should they please, trainees will now spawn in a neutral village and will receive a prompt to either call for pick up from either NATO or the Taliban. [color=#ff0000][size=150]NOTE:[/size] The pick up area is not to be fooled around with. Say if your regiment is in need of troops and a new player calls for Taliban pick up, you DO NOT intercept the pick up and take them back to the NATO Base. This will result in warns if it happens [/color]

I say we Should also But a Temp Ban if One side is Dominating Players to the Other to even it out .

I like kaspers idea, But than maybe we could have staff even it out by joining the Dominated Side so lets say its:  T: 5  Army: 10  Maybe some staff can just switch over and even it out a little
