In detail give an example of when you had to lead troopers and why you did well and areas you think you can improve upon: I had to command all the Taliban one time on garnet gaming because there was a war going on. It was US vs Tali. 3 Objectives, Comms, Outpost, and Gas Station. I told the forces to focus on comms, which we captured. I then told the forces to split into 2 groups. 1 Comms, and the other, raiding. I took the snipers and told them to flank the US trying to get Comms, while the RPG's were attacking the US Base. I told the rest of the forces to go and capture Outpost, and then Gas Station. We won the war. I did well on creating strategies and being a tactitian, but what think I can improve upon is the ability to obtain more commanding skills to successfully and swiftly win a war. 1-10 on your Communication Skills: 7-8 In detail give an example of where you used your communication skills and what you think needs improving about them: (See the In detail give an example of when you had to lead troopers and why you did well and areas you think you can improve upon: question) And I need to improve on being able to talk loud enough, and be upright and yell/dicipline the soldiers when they aren't listening to me. [u]Section 4:(In Character)[/u] What could you bring to the Commander Team if you were to join?: I would bring dicipline, honour, and respect to all the commanders. And I would also make the SAS a true, strong dicipline force that should be feared upon. What could you improve in the Commander Team if you were to be accepted?: The amount of strictness that we show our soldiers. Why have you applied for The Position of Commander?: I applied for this position because I havent seen much SAS online, or much commanders online. I also wasnt diciplined as hard as I should be. I decided to apply for the position of Commander because I feel as though I can make a change in the ranks of the SAS. If a SAS does something bad, I can dicipline them, or if a commander does something bad, I can remind them that they are looked upon, because they are commanders, and that they are the main force the leads the men into war. (Other than the Generals because they are the commanders of the Commanders) I know that I can be one of the greatest commanders you will ever have. Why should we accept your Commander application over other Commander applicants?: Because I have a lot of experience commanding armies (100+hours) and I also know that I am able to create and implement more changes then other Commanders. I will also be liked a lot by my own soldiers, and other regiments soldiers because I will treat them like how I treat my generals and other commanders. I think that everyone should be treated equally, and when PVT's are being bullied on, I will tell others to stop, because one day, that PVT has a chance of turning into your commander and general.
