Recently I have noticed that most of the staff team are being quite inactive. They do come on a fair amount but it seems to me that if I am not on the server no one joins from staff. This needs to change as I can not be on 24/7 due to school, football etc. This is a new community that we are all here to build together, but if there is no one online until I come on then no new players will join thus drastically slowing down our rate of growth. I ask that all staff are as active as can be, the best thing I would consider a staff member doing would be being the only one on the server and training new players. A simple act like this could not only increase our player base by a lot especially if all staff did this but it would also boost their reputation, progressing them further up the staff hierarchy.
